The Ministry of Education of India has issued several conditions related to essential compliances for higher education institutes dealing with professional courses. These conditions are as follows:
Accreditation
The institute should be accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) or any other accreditation body recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
Recognition
